Seeds Of Consciousness - 246

🌹 Seeds Of Consciousness - 246 🌹
✍️ Nisargadatta Maharaj

Nisargadatta Gita
📚. Prasad Bharadwaj

🌻 95. When you say 'I was not prior to conception' you actually mean not like the present 'I am', but the one that discerns the absence of the present 'I am' was there. 🌻

Again, when you ponder on the question 'What was I prior to conception?', you at once realize that 'you were not there'.

What you mean is you were not there as you presently are - that is you had no shape or form or name.

There is 'someone' who sees the absence of the present 'I am' and that 'someone' has always been there and will continue to be there, as that 'someone' is indestructible: it is the Absolute.
